Job Summary: A Dietitian is responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing dietary plans, and providing nutritional education and counseling.
Responsibilities:
€¢ Conduct nutritional assessments and dietary histories.
€¢ Develop and implement individualized meal plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
€¢ Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
€¢ Monitor patient food intake and progress.
€¢ Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patients' nutritional status.
€¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
€¢ Stay current with the latest nutrition research and guidelines.
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
€¢ Registered Dietitian (RD) certification preferred.
€¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
€¢ Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
