Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and
retain top talent.
 Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings,
interviewing, and onboarding.
 Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft
detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
2. Employee Relations:
 Act as a point of contact for employees’ questions and
concerns.
 Address and resolve employee issues and disputes in a
professional and effective manner.
 Foster a positive working environment and culture.
3. Performance Management:
 Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that
drive high performance.
 Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
 Provide guidance and support to managers on performancerelated issues.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
 Develop and implement competitive compensation and
benefits plans.
 Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with
relevant laws and regulations.
 Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation.
5. Training and Development:
 Identify and assess training needs within the organization.
 Design and implement training programs to enhance
employee skills and performance.
 Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness.
6. Compliance and Administration:
 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
management.
 Maintain employee records according to policy and legal
requirements.
 Oversee administrative functions related to HR, including
attendance, leave management, and documentation.
7. Policy Development:
 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure
efficient operations.
 Update and revise HR policies as necessary to reflect
changing legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Strategic HR Management:
 Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR
strategies that support the business’s objectives.
 Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior
management for decision making.
