Job Summary: An MRD Executive is responsible for managing medical records and health information. They ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient records.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize patient medical records.
• Prepare and release medical records as requested.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for medical records.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers for record updates.
• Implement and maintain electronic health record systems (if applicable).
• Protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred.
