Responsibilities
• Day to Day operations of the stores, including timely opening and closing, efficiency and profitability.
• Supervising, and appraising staff.
• Hiring and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.
• Marketing product displays, shelves, and the general appearance of the pharmacy.
• Ordering required products.
• Updating pharmacy incoming and returning records
• Addressing customers\' requests and complaints.
• Handling customer complaints and feedback, and monitoring staff behaviour and attitude towards customers.
