1. Achieve plant productivity targets, OEE and KPIs in all the contol functions/department                                                                  
2.Work in the production plant  ensuring goods are efficiently made and meet the company’s standards.                                                                                                      
3.Determine if new manufacturing machines, methods are needed.
4.  Plan, determine optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals.        
5.Ensure that manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget.
6. Ensure Installation , commission & machine prooving at site done within planned time & cost , If required do site visits to resolve issues & customer relation building."
7. Ensure Design gets release within time & required Quality
8. Suggest Improvements in mechanism before Design release
9. Hire, train, and evaluate manufacturing workers; monitor workers to ensure they meet performance.
10.  Ensure safety at workplace
11. Management of Quality system in the department as applicable from time to time"
12.Coordinate manufacturing with Sales, Marketing and other departments, as well as with vendors and suppliers and government agencies like pollution control   13.Help ensure that customer, statutory, standards, and internal requirements are met or exceeded.
