Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new partnerships to improve procurement options.

2. Procurement Process:
- Coordinate with internal departments to assess their procurement needs and develop procurement plans accordingly
- Execute the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

3. Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control team to ensure that purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct supplier audits and inspections as necessary to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

4. Cost Management:
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to optimize procurement spend without compromising quality or performance.
- Analyze price trends, market conditions, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Generate reports and analysis on procurement metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the engineering or manuf
